The process starts when you complete our website project form This form helps us gather important information about your project and what you want to accomplish with your website. You will receive an email within the same day requesting that we schedule a brief call to determine if we are a good fit. We do this by clarifying your web needs for the website and determining your project scope, timeframe and Investment. Complete the Project Form

Once we determine that we are a good fit and we are in agreement with your timeframe, viability of your project and required investment, we will send you a proposal detailing the particulars of the project.  The proposal will contain the investment required for your project, project milestones, features and benefits for the site. The proposal will also include a website agreement for you to sign and an initial invoice for deposit towards development

Congratulations! We are getting started on your website project. We start with a website kick-off meeting where we talk about design and layout, specific functionality of the website, determine your website sitemap, pages and provision of content. We'll nail down update schedules, milestone and payment timelines and clarify your vision for your website. Kick-off meetings are conducted via phone or Skype or in-person.

In this stage we will be busy developing your website and providing you with updates as to where we are in the process. We'll get your sign-off on layout and design which you will be able to preview in the browser. We will also be gathering your content, pictures and other media from you for the various pages of your website.

Once we have completed the website, we will test all functionality and verify that it works in all modern and up-to-date browsers. We will send you a private preview link for you to view the website and its functionality. We will then set up a pre-launch meeting via skype, phone or in-person and go over the delivery points of the website, it's functionality and also address any areas that need tweaks or edits. We will then deliver the website and launch it on your live domain.

You didn't think we were done did you? Launching your website is only the beginning and we never abandon our clients. You'll still need to implement your strategy, have a content management plan and have protocols in place to protect your web investment.
